Licensing
The whole OS-PE project is organized as a collaborative, consensus based development process with the desire to create high quality documents and software that leads the way in its field. We consider ourselves as a community of theoreticians, developers and users trying to bring the OS-PE project forward.
The idea of 'open' is building on the ideas published by the Free Software Foundation (cf: http://www.gnu.org/fsf/). The intention is to produce free software (cf: http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/free-sw.html) and free knowledge. This includes the licensing (cf license: http://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html) of all sources including the libraries with the GPL-license (cf. http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html) and all documents with the FDL-Lizenz (cf. http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/fdl.html) As long as the documents have no explicit copyright are all rights reserved to the Institut für Neue Medien e.V..
